Yes, browsing, saving and requesting providers is completely free for customers. Listing as a provider is also free.
Do I pay through EgyGo?+
Not in this version. EgyGo connects you with providers, you arrange payment directly with them after agreeing on scope and price.
Does EgyGo verify providers?+
No. EgyGo is a marketplace that connects you with independent providers. We don't verify, screen, certify or guarantee them. Review each profile, read the reviews, and confirm details, licences and credentials directly before you book.
How do I talk to a provider?+
Send a request from their profile, then message them directly on EgyGo from your dashboard. You can also reach providers by phone, email or WhatsApp when they share those details. Your conversations stay in one place so nothing gets lost.
