The rules for using the EgyGo marketplace.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of EgyGo. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use EgyGo.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, listing a service, contacting a provider or otherwise using EgyGo, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. EgyGo is a marketplace
EgyGo is a marketplace that helps customers discover and connect with independent service providers. Providers are independent and are not employees, agents, partners or representatives of EgyGo. EgyGo is not a party to any agreement between a customer and a provider, and is not an employer, agency or guarantor.
3. No verification or guarantee
EgyGo does not verify, certify, approve, screen, endorse or guarantee providers. Provider information is largely submitted by providers themselves. EgyGo does not guarantee the accuracy of provider information, pricing, availability, qualifications, safety, work quality, results or satisfaction. You are responsible for evaluating providers and for independently confirming licences, insurance, qualifications and credentials when required.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your province or territory to use EgyGo and to enter into agreements with providers.
5. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for activity that happens under your account.
6. Customer responsibilities
As a customer, you are responsible for evaluating providers, communicating your needs clearly, confirming scope, price and terms directly with the provider, and complying with any agreement you make with them.
7. Provider responsibilities
As a provider, you are responsible for the accuracy of your listing, for holding any licences, insurance or qualifications required by law for your services, for honouring the terms you agree with customers, and for complying with all applicable laws.
8. Listings and content review
Listings may go through a basic content review before publishing to help prevent spam, duplicates, prohibited services, fake or incomplete listings and inappropriate or misleading content. This review is not verification, certification, professional screening or endorsement. We may decline to publish, edit or remove listings at our discretion.
9. Prohibited activity
You must not post false, misleading or fraudulent information, list prohibited or illegal services, post inappropriate or infringing content, spam, impersonate others, or misuse the platform. Accounts or content that violate these terms may be suspended or removed.
10. Reviews, ratings and user content
Ratings and reviews reflect the opinions of users and are not an endorsement or guarantee by EgyGo. You are responsible for content you submit, including images and portfolio content, and you confirm you have the rights to share it. We may remove content that violates these terms.
11. Payments and agreements
EgyGo does not process payments in this version. Prices, deposits, payments, cancellations, refunds and disputes are arranged and handled directly between customers and providers. EgyGo does not provide escrow, payment guarantees, buyer protection, chargebacks or platform-managed cancellations.
12. Disputes between users
Any dispute arising from a service or agreement is between the customer and the provider. EgyGo is not responsible for resolving such disputes, though you may report concerns to us and we may remove content or accounts that violate these terms.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EgyGo is provided 'as is' and is not liable for the acts, omissions, services, products or content of providers or other users, or for any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform or your dealings with providers.
14. Changes to the service and terms
We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of the platform, and we may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the 'Last updated' date above. Continued use of EgyGo means you accept the updated terms.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the province or territory in Canada in which EgyGo operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
