Does EgyGo verify providers?

No. EgyGo is a marketplace connecting you with independent providers. We don't verify, screen, certify or guarantee providers, and provider information is largely self-submitted. Review profiles, read reviews, and confirm licences, insurance and credentials directly before you book. See our Safety Tips for guidance.

How do requests and quotes work?

Pick a provider, choose a package or request a custom quote, add your details (date, location, job description) and submit. The provider reviews your request and contacts you to confirm scope and pricing. No payment goes through EgyGo in this version.

Not in this version. EgyGo connects you with providers, you arrange payment directly with them after agreeing on scope and price.

How do I become a provider on EgyGo?

Head to the 'Become a Provider' page and fill in the step-by-step form. Add your services, areas, pricing and portfolio. Listing is free. Listings go through a basic content review before publishing.

How do I edit my provider profile?

Log in and go to your Provider Dashboard. You can update your business details, services, pricing, availability, portfolio photos and contact information at any time.

What is the content review for new listings?

Before a listing publishes, our team does a basic content review to catch spam, duplicates, prohibited services and inappropriate or misleading content. This is not verification, certification or endorsement, EgyGo does not confirm a provider's identity, business or credentials.

How do I respond to customer requests?

When a customer sends a request, it appears in your Provider Dashboard under Requests. You can accept, decline, or message the customer to discuss details before committing.

How do I change my password or email?

Go to your Dashboard → Settings. You can update your email, password and other account details there.

How do I delete my account?

Contact our support team via the Contact page with the subject 'Account deletion'. We'll process your request and remove your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
